1. Eligibility & Conditions
What Can Be Returned?
Products must be unused, unridden, and in their original packaging with all accessories (remote, charger, tools, etc.).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:
Products with signs of use, water exposure, or physical damage not present at delivery.
Customized or specially ordered items (unless defective).
Clearance or final-sale products
Why Returns Might Be Denied?
Returns may be refused if the product:
Shows wear, scratches, or water damage.
Is missing original packaging or accessories.
Was purchased beyond the 30-day window
2. How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps:

- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product, include the RMA number, and ship to:Your Warehouse Address。

3. Shipping & Costs
Free Returns: We cover shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customer-Paid Returns: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Recommendation: Use a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit
4. Refund Process
Inspection: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days).
Refund Methods:
Original Payment: Refund processed to your credit/debit card or PayPal (may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account).
Store Credit: Instant credit issued to your ApexFoil account for future purchases.
Partial Refunds: May apply if items are returned incomplete or damaged
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Store Credit: Opt for instant store credit if you plan to purchase a different ApexFoil product later
6. International Returns
International returns are accepted but may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
