Detailed Breakdown: From Studio to Doorstep

Please note: As all items are made to order, we will only begin production after you have confirmed the final design (Proof). This production process takes 3-5 business days. This ensures that each piece receives the attention and meticulous craftsmanship it deserves.

We select carriers based on reliability and cost-effectiveness. Below are the main shipping methods and estimated delivery times (from the date of shipment):

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days. The most economical option, suitable for most orders.

Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days. For faster delivery, please select this option at checkout (if available).

Please note: The above times are general guidelines and are not absolute guarantees. Customs clearance delays, holidays, or force majeure may cause delays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total order weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. You can view the accurate shipping cost in real time after entering your address on the checkout page.

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this number to track the package’s latest location and status on the carrier’s official website, or you can use your registered account on our website.

Important Note: All our orders are shipped directly from China.

Depending on the laws of your country, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees upon entry into China.

These fees are entirely borne by the recipient (buyer).

We cannot predict or control these fees; please familiarize yourself with your country’s relevant import regulations before purchasing. We will declare the value of the goods accurately on the commercial invoice in accordance with the law to assist with customs clearance.

We carefully pack each item to ensure safe transport. However, please contact us immediately if any of the following situations occur:

Damage during transit: Please provide clear photos of the package’s exterior and any damage to the product within 7 days of receipt.

Delayed or lost shipment: If your package has not arrived more than 4 weeks after its estimated delivery date, and the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
