We strongly recommend wearing a USCG-approved personal flotation device (PFD/P life vest) and a helmet at all times. Wetsuits, impact vests, and water shoes are also recommended for protection and comfort.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unridden boards in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been in the water. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, it will be covered under our warranty.
