Regarding the customization process and design
It‘s simple and customer-approved!
(1) You design your piece on the product page (choose metal, font, input text, chain length).
(2) After ordering, we’ll email you a digital proof within 24 hours for your final review.
(3) Only after you reply “Approved” do we start crafting. This ensures your piece is exactly as you envision.
Absolutely! This is a key part of our service. You will receive a detailed Digital Proof via email before any production begins. You can check the spelling, font, layout, and all specifications. We make revisions until it‘s perfect for you.
No worries at all! That‘s why we have the proofing step. Carefully review your Digital Proof — it’s your chance to catch any errors. We will correct any mistakes for free at that stage.注意：一旦客户确认后，再修改通常需额外收费，此政策需在“退货政策”页更详细说明)。
Regarding materials, quality, and maintenance
Our “Titanium Steel” is medical-grade 316L stainless steel — the highest quality for jewelry. It is hypoallergenic (nickel-free), corrosion-resistant, and will not tarnish or discolor with normal wear. You can wear it daily with complete confidence.
Our 14K/18K gold plating is of premium quality and thicker than standard fashion jewelry. However, like any plated item, it can gradually wear with extreme friction or exposure to harsh chemicals (perfume, chlorine). With proper care (see our full Materials & Care guide), it can retain its beauty for a very long time. For a look that never changes, explore our solid Silver Collection.
For plated items: avoid chemicals, remove before swimming/sporting, and store separately. For all pieces, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Detailed instructions are on our Materials & Care page.
Regarding orders, logistics and delivery
Total time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Production: Begins after your proof approval and takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping: We ship globally from our studio via reliable carriers. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number.
We craft and ship all orders directly from our studio in China. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient according to local laws. We cannot control these charges.
Regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty
Because every item is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun (after proof approval). However, we fully guarantee our craftsmanship against defects. Please review our detailed Return Policy.
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will resolve it promptly by repairing or replacing the item.
