1. Core Policy: No Returns for Custom Items

Every item we create is personalized and made-to-order based on your specific choices (engraving text, font, chain length, etc.). Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or simply not liking the item once received. Your order is considered final once you have approved the design proof and we have begun production.

2. When We Accept Returns/Refunds

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Returns or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Major Manufacturing Defects: The item arrives with a significant defect that affects its wearability (e.g., a broken chain link, a clasp that does not close).

  • Substantial Error vs. Approved Proof: The item you receive has a major discrepancy from the final design proof you approved, specifically in the engraving content, font, or specified metal type.

  • Damage During Shipping: The item is damaged upon arrival. You must provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Process for Qualified Returns

If your case falls under section 2 above:

  1. Contact us via email at [insert your support email] within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, description, and supporting photos.

  2. After we review and confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  3. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to our designated address. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. What Does Not Qualify

Returns or refunds will not be granted for:

  • Errors in the custom text you provided (including spelling, names, dates).

  • Normal wear and tear of gold plating due to long-term wear, exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotions, chlorine), or improper care.

  • Subjective reasons, such as a slight difference in expected vs. actual color tone or finish.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or lost packages after delivery (please refer to our Shipping Policy).
